MTI hosted members from the Great Lakes Chapter this past weekend at the Kings Island Resort and Conference Center for 2 great days of networking and training sessions.  Both heat treaters and suppliers were represented by owners, executives and key managers to hear expert presenters on both the labor issues and challenges North American companies are facing with credit financing.  Once again, comments were very positive about the highly informative sessions as well as the quaility of networking that took place.  Many indicated that in these challenging times, it is beneficial to be able to sit one on one with other business owners and discuss how they are handling issues like employee cut-backs, operations and financing future growth.
